If you would like to consider making reservations at other hotels in town, Experience Fayetteville has a list of other options.

Since other hotels will most likely not be within walking distance of campus, you may want to check on whether other hotels provide shuttle service to/from the UAF campus. If not, you might consider requesting a visitor’s parking permit for November 14th (Friday) only. According to the Parking and Transit Office website, “A visitor day permit allows you to park in any green (student), yellow (faculty/staff) or orange (economy) lot on campus. You can also download the Flowbird app to pay for hourly parking.” The UAF parking map shows you where the green, yellow, and orange lots are located on campus.

Permits are not typically necessary to park on the UAF campus on Saturday. However, we recommend that you still check all parking lot signs (on campus and elsewhere in town) to confirm that you will not be ticketed for parking since some lots may still apply restrictions over the weekend.
